For hotels: how Staze booking requests work

Bookers request a room on staze.com. You receive an email and accept or reject it.

1. The booker finds your hotel on staze.com and clicks "Request booking".
2. You receive an email with the booking details: guest names, dates, room rate and vessel name.
3. Accept or reject the booking as soon as possible, using the button in the email.
4. The booker is told your answer automatically.
5. If you accept, add the reservation to your own system.

The room rate is charged to Staze Limited under your agreement with us. The guests' expenses go on the expenses card sent with the booking.
